The Isabel Hampton Robb Society

Planned giving encompasses a variety of strategies that can help you make a significant gift to the NLN Foundation for Nursing Education while advancing your own financial and personal objectives. These opportunities, which include bequests, life income plans, appreciated stock, life insurance, and other types of gifts can create tax savings and income benefits for you and your family.

A bequest is made by naming the NLN Foundation as a beneficiary in your will. The following are some examples for making a bequest:

General Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to the NLN Foundation for Nursing Education, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of New York and located in New York, NY, and its successors forever, the sum of _____________ Dollars (or percent of estate) for the general purposes and uses of the NLN Foundation at the discretion of the Board of Trustees.

Endowment Bequest

I give, devise and bequeath to the NLN Foundation for Nursing Education, a corporation existing under the laws of the State of New York in New York, NY, and its successors forever, the sum of ____________ Dollars (or percent of estate) and direct that the income there from shall be used for the following purposes (here describe the desired use).
